When shopping at Kustom Deco, whether the order is placed over the website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions. These Terms of Use are between Kustom Deco Furniture Trading LLC and you as an end user of Kustom Deco’s Website – www.kustomdeco.ae Changes in law or changes in Kustom Deco business may require changes to be made to the Terms from time to time, so Kustom Deco encourages you to review the Terms periodically for any such changes. It is your responsibility to carefully read, agree with and accept the Terms and Website’s Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) on each occasion you use the Website and your continued use of the Website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of the Terms, we ask you to discontinue your use of this Website.
If you select to register with the Website, then at the time of registration with the Website, as a Registered User, you must carefully read these Terms and acknowledge them. Each time a modification is made to the Terms, it will be your responsibility as a Registered User to go through the terms of use and proceed with your purchase only if it is accepted by you.

All products sold are brand new, undamaged, and have never been used. Kustom Deco retains ownership of any products ordered until full payment has been received for such products. Kustom Deco works closely with our vendors and customers in an effort to make 100% certain that all product colors, dimensions, and photos are exact;

However, there are at times minor discrepancies based on screen resolution, and other possible factors. Any questions or hesitations based on color or dimensions must be discussed before placing your order. Kustom Deco will not be responsible for minor discrepancies from what was advertised. All product information is provided by us.

Self-Delivery: The majority of furniture offered for sale on Kustom Deco falls into this category. Our trained furniture delivery specialists will schedule your delivery with you in advance. At the scheduled delivery appointment, the team will deliver your furniture inside your home, unpack it, assemble it in your room of choice, and remove all excess packaging materials.

This superior level of service has been offered to all Kustom Deco customers. Courier Delivery: Some items are small for delivery. This generally applies to smaller items, such as artwork, nightstands, lamp etc. will ship via a 3rd party carrier service. These type of orders will be delivered and brought to your home (or building entrance). However, the customer is responsible for bringing the products into the home and assembling if it is necessary. Certain areas that are inaccessible with our standard home-delivery trucks or locations which require alternative delivery methods (for example; if we need to deliver to an island or western region that may only be accessed by boat) will require extra fees. However, in those instances, said fees will be reviewed with you prior to delivery.

If we cannot contact you to set up delivery for a period of 15 calendar days, and we have no record of you contacting us or the delivery agent, Kustom Deco reserves the right to treat the order as a return and refund you according to our return policy. Deliveries that require our team to work in excessively tight conditions or to carry furniture beyond two flights of stairs may incur additional delivery charges.

Once an order is processed, we will call and give you an approximate delivery time frame. We will continue to update you on the order as it progresses. Delivery time frames are an estimate – actual delivery may occur earlier or later than scheduled due to the nature of long-distance, nationwide furniture delivery, and unforeseen events. Kustom Deco is not liable to offer compensation for deliveries that do not occur exactly as scheduled.

User Conduct & Content:

  • You agree to comply with all legal requirements of the applicable jurisdictions with regard to your use of the Website, and you acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for ensuring your own familiarity with such requirements and your own compliance with the same.
  • The Website may at times provide opportunities for users to post reviews and other comments, questions, suggestions or other information (“User Content”) on or through this Website by e-mail or telephone, or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Website. You warrant that any such User Content submitted by you to the Website is original (and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others), and you hereby grant Kustom Deco Furniture a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use such User Content however Kustom Deco Furniture desires, including without limitation, to copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such User Content and/or incorporate such User Content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world, without any further recourse to you, and you hereby waive any moral rights in such User Content. You agree that you will not post any content that is contrary to morality, defamatory, inflammatory, that infringes intellectual property rights, or that may otherwise breach common decency or be contrary to law.
  • Kustom Deco Furniture will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any User Content you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. Kustom Deco Furniture is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any User Content in confidence; (2) to pay to user any compensation for any User Content; or (3) to respond to any User Content.
  • You agree that any User Content submitted by you to the Website will not violate the Terms or any right of any third party, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right/s, and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You further agree that no User Content submitted by you to the Website will be or contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, threatening, abusive or obscene material, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of “spam”.
  • Kustom Deco Furniture does not regularly review posted User Content, but does reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any User Content submitted to the Website. You grant Kustom Deco Furniture the right to use the name that you submit in connection with any User Content. You agree not to use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any User Content you submit. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any User Content you make and you agree to indemnify Kustom Deco Furniture and its affiliates for all claims resulting from any User Content you submit. Kustom Deco Furniture and its affiliates take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Content submitted by you or any third party.

Account & Registered User:

  • In order to purchase any Products on the Website, you may either register and create an account secured by a password (the “Account”) or submit your order without creating the Account i.e., as a “Guest”. Any Account so created is personal to you, and you may not transfer it to another person. Your registration or order (in case of Guest) shall be complete after you accept the Terms. The Terms will apply each time you submit an order for any Products on the Website.
  • If you register and create an Account, you are a “Registered User”. To become a Registered User or to submit an order for any Products on the Website as a Guest, you must be at least 21 years of age, and must provide true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects information about yourself (including name, date of birth, email address, credit card details, and other details) as requested during the Account creation process or at the time of submission of the order on the Website as a Guest. If you are under the age of 21 years, you may use this Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a person under the age of 21 years, you are fully responsible for his or her use of this Website, including all financial charges and legal liability that he or she may incur. Kustom Deco Furniture reserves the right to refuse service, terminate Accounts, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
  • By registering and using the Website, you warrant that the information provided by you in the course of the registration process or in the course of submission of order for any Products on the Website as a Guest is true accurate, current, and complete in all respects and you undertake to ensure that such information is kept up-to-date and agree that such information shall be treated as per the Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and password and for restricting access to your personal computer or electronic or other mobile or wireless device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account or password. Kustom Deco Furniture assumes no liability to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you in protecting your password or Account. If Kustom Deco Furniture has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account without any liability to us.

Services, Order, Pricing & Payment:

    1. The Services shall include:
      (i) The provision to you of the Website to purchase any Products;
      (ii) Procuring a logistics company experienced with collection and transportation to deliver your purchased Products to you (“Logistics Supplier”)(iii)  Kustom Deco Furniture customer support +97145704540, enabling you to contact Kustom Deco Furniture at contact@kustomdeco.ae with any queries that you may have in relation to your purchased Product/s.
    2. You agree to pay the full amount payable for the Product as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs or charges incurred with that order. All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED).
    3. Kustom Deco Furniture may not accept your order for Products if (a) the item/s is/are out of stock; (b) Kustom Deco Furniture is unable to obtain authorization for your payment; (c) shipping restrictions apply to a particular Product; (d) Kustom Deco Furniture finds a Product or pricing error; or (e) for any other reason at Kustom Deco’s sole discretion. In any of these situations, Kustom Deco Furniture will inform you that your order has not been accepted, will not process your payment and will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our decision to decline processing an order, or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
    4. There may be errors in transmission resulting in the interruption of your purchase, you agree to cooperate with Kustom Deco Furniture to resolve such issues, and you agree that Kustom Deco Furniture shall have full discretion to determine the appropriate resolution in such cases.
    5. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation by the issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, Kustom Deco Furniture will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment. Kustom Deco Furniture cannot be held responsible if this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods/Products.
    6. All billing and registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms. By confirming your purchase at the end of the process, you agree to accept and pay for the item/s requested.
    7. Certain orders may constitute improper use of the Website and its Services. Kustom Deco Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your Account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at Kustom Deco Furniture's sole discretion.
    8. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Kustom Deco Furniture shall have the right, at Kustom Deco Furniture sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that Product. In the event that a Product is mispriced, Kustom Deco may, at Kustom Deco's discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
    9. Kustom Deco Furniture will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with attractive prices on the Website as well as in its stores, however, sometimes the price online will not match the price in – store.
    10. Kustom Deco Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to order placed by same account, the same credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Delivery Procedure

Please follow these procedures to ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Allow for at least 1-2 hours before and after the scheduled delivery time for unforeseen circumstances that would cause the delivery to occur earlier or later than scheduled. Allow more time for remote areas or areas/times of day that are subject to heavy traffic.
  • Designate a friend or family member to serve as a “back-up” to accept and inspect the delivery on your behalf; make sure they understand what to do when the order arrives.
  • Clear all pathways to the room in which you would like the items to be delivered, and measure all doors and pathways to ensure your order fits into your home.
  • Kustom Deco requires that you completely inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery companies’ departure. Inspect the top, bottom, left, right, front, back, interior, exterior, and all moving parts, including, but not limited to drawers, doors, and reclining mechanisms. You are required, as well, to inspect the assembly provided by our delivery partner.
  • Take pictures of items that arrive with damage or manufacturer defect, as digital images are often required by the manufacturer.
  • Always measure the space you plan on placing your new furniture to make sure it will fit prior to placing an order.
  • If an item does not fit in the customer’s home and needs to be returned, a customer will be charged a shipping fee as well as round trip actual shipping fees incurred by Kustom Deco. If multiple delivery attempts are made, the customer will be responsible for all delivery costs after the initial attempt. If we are unable to reach you to set up your delivery for a period of 30 calendar days or more, Kustom Deco reserves the right to treat the order as a return. You will be refunded using the address and payment information last supplied to us.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, a customer must call or email Kustom Deco. Please send us a cancellation request via email or by calling +971 58 869 6640. Requests for cancellation are not complete until they are confirmed by Kustom Deco. Orders may be canceled for any reason within 1 business day without incurring any restocking fees or delivery costs. Any cancellation of an order after this initial period will need to follow the Cancellation Policy procedure described below. Kustom Deco makes every effort to deliver orders to our customers as quickly as possible unless a customer requests an order to be held for a period of time.

When an order is being canceled, there will be a 5% charge of the invoice amount that the customer is required to pay.

This 5% charge, based on the invoice amount, is applicable only for installment cancellations.

Once an order is assigned a trip or is already in transit, it cannot be canceled without the customer paying round trip shipping fees. There are high costs moving furniture across the country, and by having this policy we are able to keep our costs low and pass significant savings to our customers. Kustom Deco Free Shipping offer is based on the customer keeping the order. Customers canceling their order are required to pay the original and return shipping costs even if the order qualified for Free Shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable. All associated cancellation fees will be deducted from your refund.

Promotional Policy

  • Offer Details: Enjoy an extra 5% off on any purchase using the promo code SUMMER2025.
  • Maximum Discount Cap: The maximum discount that can be availed through this offer is AED 1000.
  • Offer Period: This offer is valid from 01st May to 31st July.
  • Promo Code Usage: Customers must apply the promo code SUMMER2025 at checkout to avail the discount. Failure to use the promo code will result in the discount not being applied.
  • Exclusions: The offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers.

  • Right to Modify or Cancel:
    The company reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Damages

Kustom Deco makes every feasible effort to make sure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition the first time. However, despite taking extreme precautions protecting the furniture, and only working with premium and vetted delivery agents, damages may occur on rare occasions. The customer agrees to allow Kustom Deco, the manufacturer, and/or our shipping agent the opportunity to remedy the damage or defective issue. Said resolution will be at no cost to the customer. The customer agrees to accept the remedy selected by Kustom Deco, the manufacturer or the shipping agent. Our goal always is to make our customers happy.

However, if a customer does would prefer to cancel the order then let us remedy the problem, the order will be considered a cancellation, and as such, subject to our cancellation policy.

In the unique event that damage occurs, below outlines the required protocols based on our delivery methods. We inspect each of the items prior to delivering to customers, to make certain that the furniture is in perfect condition. Additionally, our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage occurring. At the time of delivery, review your entire order. Inspect the top, bottom, left, right, front, back, interior, exterior, and all moving parts, including, but not limited to drawers, doors, and reclining mechanisms. You are required, as well, to inspect the assembly provided by our delivery partner.

Our delivery partner will assemble the furniture, and any improper assembly must be addressed at the time of the delivery. As the customer accepting the delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that your order is assembled properly and you agree that you are responsible for issues that arise from improper assembly. Kustom Deco does not warrant or guarantee assembly and is not responsible for damage to goods, personal property, or persons due to improper assembly.

All damage or improper assembly must be reported at the time of delivery and notated on the Delivery Note/Invoice, or Kustom Deco will not be responsible for remedy, restoration, or replacement. If a product is found to have damage, and the damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send the necessary parts and correct the problem at our expense. Remedies may include, but not limited to repair by a professional furniture repair technician, part replacements, both repair and part replacements, or a full unit replacement, all at no cost to the customer.

If the order shows or develops a manufacturer defect after delivery and within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact Kustom Deco for assistance. If we request information, such as pictures, serial numbers, or repair quotes, and do not receive a response from you for 5 consecutive calendar days, it is assumed that you are keeping the order in its current condition and no further remedies will be offered.

Disclaimers

  • Finishes and colors online may not accurately represent the true color or pattern. Customer accepts liability for their purchase. If the customer received delivery of an item(s) with a finish, color, or texture that varies from what you saw on the Kustom Deco website, at our physical furniture store, or recommendations you received from an Kustom Deco sales representative.
  • The customer is responsible for reviewing the order confirmation details sent to them, and notify Kustom Deco within 24-hours if you did not receive the order confirmation email, and contacting us regarding any errors or inaccuracies so that Kustom Deco may revise the order details to reflect the correct information.
  • Before ordering, always measure the space you plan on placing your new furniture in to make sure that it will fit. If a purchased item(s) cannot fit into the home or room and need to be returned, the order will be subject to Kustom Deco cancellation policy.
  • Errors on Our Site: We try to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product description or other site content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices and promotions are subject to change. Rarely an item listed as available on our site may not be available, or an item may be mispriced, despite our best efforts. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order, or we may contact you for instructions on the order.

Site Policies, Modification and Severability

Kustom Deco reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
