We don’t rush you  a well-specified chair is the outcome of that process, and it’s worth spending the time on it. Changes before production begins cost nothing. Once production starts, structural changes (foam profile, mechanism type) cannot be made, but upholstery colour changes can sometimes be accommodated in early production stages.

What warranty covers your office chairs?

Our office chairs carry a 12-month structural warranty covering frame integrity, mechanism function (gas lift, tilt mechanism, armrest adjustment), and upholstery seam integrity. Foam compression from normal use is not covered under warranty  though our foam density specification is selected to resist premature compression under daily commercial use. Surface wear on upholstery from normal use is also not covered. Yes. Can I modify my order after confirming?

Upholstery colour changes can sometimes be made in the first 1–2 production days, depending on stage. Structural changes  foam profile, mechanism specification, base type  cannot be made once production has begun. This is why we invest time in getting the specification right before production starts. Mesh panels: light vacuum or compressed air to remove dust from the weave. Performance fabric: spot-clean with mild soap solution and allow to dry naturally. For mechanism maintenance, a light application of dry lubricant to the tilt mechanism and base castors every 12 months keeps everything running smoothly. Do you make child-safe or kids’ office chairs?

Yes we build study chairs for children’s rooms with lower seat height ranges, softer foam profiles, rounded edge upholstery, and non-toxic materials. These are available as fixed-height or adjustable designs depending on age range. For school-age children who sit at a standard study desk, we recommend an adjustable model that grows with the child over 3–5 years. Mention the child’s age and desk height and we’ll spec accordingly.

Can I return or exchange a custom chair?

Custom-made furniture cannot be returned as it’s built specifically to your approved specification. This is why we go through a detailed specification process before production  to ensure what gets built is exactly what you want. If a chair arrives with a defect  a mechanism fault, a seam failure, or a material discrepancy from the approved specification  we will rectify it. Remakes for genuine production errors are handled at no cost to you.

Yes  our residential office chair range includes options that read as home furniture rather than commercial office seating. Swivel chairs with tapered wood legs, barrel-back desk chairs in boucle or velvet, and low-profile task chairs with linen upholstery are all available.
