We don’t rush you  a well-specified chair is the outcome of that process, and it’s worth spending the time on it. Changes before production begins cost nothing. Once production starts, structural changes (foam profile, mechanism type) cannot be made, but upholstery colour changes can sometimes be accommodated in early production stages.

What warranty covers your office chairs?

Our office chairs carry a 12-month structural warranty covering frame integrity, mechanism function (gas lift, tilt mechanism, armrest adjustment), and upholstery seam integrity. Foam compression from normal use is not covered under warranty  though our foam density specification is selected to resist premature compression under daily commercial use. Surface wear on upholstery from normal use is also not covered. Can I see and test chair samples before ordering?

Yes. Our Arjan showroom carries a range of assembled chair samples in representative upholstery options  you can sit in them, assess the lumbar support profile, compare PU leather grades and fabric textures side by side, and see base finishes in person. For customers outside Dubai, we can courier upholstery samples to your address. Sample requests are handled via WhatsApp on +971 58 958 3686 typically dispatched within 2 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, major credit and debit cards, and cash at the showroom. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The balance is payable before or on delivery. We issue a formal invoice and receipt for all transactions.

Can I modify my order after confirming?

Upholstery colour changes can sometimes be made in the first 1–2 production days, depending on stage. Structural changes  foam profile, mechanism specification, base type  cannot be made once production has begun. This is why we invest time in getting the specification right before production starts. What care does a custom office chair require in Dubai?

Can I return or exchange a custom chair?

Custom-made furniture cannot be returned as it’s built specifically to your approved specification. This is why we go through a detailed specification process before production  to ensure what gets built is exactly what you want. If a chair arrives with a defect  a mechanism fault, a seam failure, or a material discrepancy from the approved specification  we will rectify it. Remakes for genuine production errors are handled at no cost to you.

Do you offer office chairs for home use that look like home furniture?

Yes  our residential office chair range includes options that read as home furniture rather than commercial office seating. Swivel chairs with tapered wood legs, barrel-back desk chairs in boucle or velvet, and low-profile task chairs with linen upholstery are all available. These are designed for people who want the function of an office chair without the aesthetic of one. Many of our Dubai customers in open-plan apartments specifically request this a chair that doesn’t look like it came from an office supply company.
