We build these from 90cm to 200cm wide, and in heights from 75cm to 95cm. Lacquered MDF is our most recommended material for chest of drawers  it's dimensionally stable in AC environments (unlike solid wood, which can expand and warp with humidity fluctuations), easy to clean, and available in any colour. It also holds painted and high-gloss finishes exceptionally well.

Wood veneer over MDF gives you the warmth and grain of real wood with the stability of MDF underneath  the best of both materials. Solid wood is available for clients who specifically want it, with the understanding that it requires slightly more care in the UAE climate and should be kept away from direct AC airflow. All our drawer runners are metal with soft-close mechanisms  plastic runners wear out quickly in daily use and we don't fit them.

What materials do you use?

Our primary material is lacquered MDF  dimensionally stable, smooth to finish, and ideal for the UAE's AC environment. We also work with wood veneer over MDF for a warmer, more natural look. Solid wood is available on request. All drawer runners are metal soft-close mechanisms; we do not use plastic runners.

How long does a custom order take?

Most chest of drawers orders complete in 3–5 weeks from confirmed deposit. More complex pieces  large format units, integrated mirrors with LED, multi-unit project orders  can run to 5–6 weeks. Tell us your target date at the start and we'll confirm whether the timeline works before you commit.

Do you deliver across all Emirates?

Yes Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery is by our own teams, who handle setup and remove all packaging. There is nothing for you to do after they leave.

What warranty do you offer?

Can I see finish samples before ordering?

Yes. Visit our Arjan showroom to see the full range of lacquer finishes, veneer options, and hardware in person  this is by far the best way to confirm colour in real light. If you can't visit, ask us on WhatsApp and we can discuss the closest reference points for your preferred colours.

What if my space is a non-standard size?

Non-standard sizes are our default. We build from 50cm to 200cm+ wide, 60cm to 160cm tall, and 25cm to 60cm deep. If your alcove is an unusual dimension, share the exact measurements and we'll build to them.

How does your pricing compare to retail furniture stores?

Our direct-to-customer model removes the importer, distributor, and retail margins that most furniture passes through. At equivalent price points, our pieces contain better material and construction than retail alternatives. For custom sizing which retail doesn't offer at all  there's no meaningful comparison.

Is delivery and assembly included?

Yes. Our delivery teams position, assemble where needed, attach wall fixtures, and remove all packaging. You do not receive a flat-pack. Professional setup is included in the delivery.

What happens if I want to change my order after placing it?

Specification changes can be made within 48–72 hours of order confirmation, before production begins. Once construction starts, structural changes are not possible. Contact us immediately if you need to adjust anything  we'll do what we can within the production window.

How do I care for a lacquered chest of drawers?

Wipe down with a slightly damp cloth avoid abrasive cleaners or anything solvent-based. Don't place wet items directly on the surface. For veneer finishes, the same applies, plus avoid prolonged direct sunlight which can fade the wood tone over time. Drawer runners require no maintenance.

Are your drawer units child-safe?

We can build with rounded rather than sharp-edged corners, anti-tip wall brackets (which we fit during delivery), and handle styles suited to small hands. If the piece is for a child's room, mention this at the consultation stage and we'll adapt accordingly.

Can I order matching pieces bedside tables, a wardrobe, a dressing table?

Yes  and this is one of the advantages of custom manufacturing. We can build a bedroom set with matched finishes and hardware across chest of drawers, bedside tables, wardrobe, and dressing table. Everything looks intentional because everything came from the same production specification.

What payment options are available?

Bank transfer, card payment, and cash are all accepted. Standard orders use a deposit-on-confirmation, balance-on-delivery structure  typically 50/50.

Yes. Velvet-lined top drawers are a common request and are priced as an add-on. We use quality velvet in several neutral tones  typically ivory, charcoal, or dusty pink  and the insert is built into the drawer box rather than a loose tray.
