If you're not in Dubai or can't visit, we can arrange to send physical samples to confirmed customers who've provided order details. We strongly recommend seeing the actual finish for painted or stained options before committing  the difference between matte and semi-gloss, for example, is significant in person.

Can you build a non-standard size?

This is exactly what we're built for. Our entire production model is premised on custom sizing  there is no standard size we're trying to push you toward. If your sofa arm sits at 63cm and you want a table that matches it precisely, we build to 63cm. If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or doesn't match the confirmed specification, we will repair or replace at no cost. For change-of-mind on a correctly-built custom piece, our team will work with you to find a solution  speak with us before the delivery date if anything changes. We prefer a conversation to a dispute.

Can I modify an order after it's placed?

Minor modifications (finish shade, hardware style) can sometimes be accommodated in the first 48 hours of production. Structural changes after production has begun are generally not feasible without restarting the order. The best way to avoid this is to take a day or two with the specification before confirming  we encourage it. If you're unsure about any element, hold the confirmation until you're certain.

Are Kustom Deco end tables child-safe?

Yes. All our finishes are non-toxic and compliant with UAE furniture safety standards. We build edge profiles to customer preference  rounded edges are available and recommended for family homes with young children. Corner guards can be added on request.
