Velvet  our most requested fabric  holds up beautifully in air-conditioned Dubai interiors but can attract pet hair. Easy to spot-clean; deeper colours show dust more. Excellent for bedrooms and formal living rooms.

Fabric choice has the largest impact  premium velvet and boucle cost significantly more than performance linen or PVC. For air-conditioned Dubai interiors, velvet and performance linen blends both perform very well. Velvet is our most popular choice  it's practical for daily use, easy to spot-clean, and looks premium. Boucle is beautiful but better suited to lower-traffic settings. For families with young children or pets, commercial-grade faux leather is the most practical choice  fully wipe-clean, no moisture sensitivity, extremely durable.
